How do I exercise properly???
When you exercise, you shouldn't just jump right in at the deep end. Exercising can be very tough on your body, so a good warm-up is important before exercise. This will get your blood flowing and your muscles working in tip-top form, so you can ensure they do not get damaged. Exercise should be done regularly and on a slightly ever-increasing difficulty on your body to ensure your fitness levels are increasing all the time. Exercise is recommended to be done every two or three days, depending on how tough the exercising is, so your muscles get time to rest and relax.
